My Pilates classes are suitable for people with  musculoskeletal issues, such as back pain, by strengthening the muscles that support the spine. During the lessons we use different equipment to enhance your Pilates experience.

As a Pilates specialist, I help people to heal from their physical pain, but I also understand that pain is not only a bodily issue, but also a spiritual one. Physical pain can disrupt people’s sleep patterns, quality of life, hobbies, and family time. Physical pain can also affect feelings and emotions. About Svetla


I am highly qualified and have two degrees in  firstly, Advanced Personal Training and also in Advanced Pilates. I trained at the prestigious Bulgarian National Fitness Academy and was taught by the world renowned Master Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Irina Buchvarova.
